With a 90.3 percentile, your marks would be around 75 and your rank would be around 190,000. At this rank, if you are a General category student, NITs or top to mid level government college. If you are a reserved category student, you might have a chance at some newer NITs in lower tier courses if you have state quota. Try some private colleges instead.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hii Your percentile is bit good.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Andhra, NITs from North-east,etc.
And some IIITs such as IIIT Kota, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Pune, etc.
All the best.
