Hello,
Your percentile is 90.93 which makes your predicted rank to be 78819. You can apply for low ranked NIT campuses as they now consider rank upto 60K and if you apply for non-technical branches then chances of getting an admission is high.
After NIT, apply for IIIT campus which you find suitable for you and government engineering college in your state. These will be the best option for you to take admission.
