There are several factors which determine which Delhi University College one may get like the number of registrations, the course you wish to enroll in, previous year cut offs, category the applicant belongs from,etc. You haven't mentioned the course you want to enroll in. Without the course it's difficult to predict any college as for commerce stream and other popular streams the cut off is really high. So, for that you won't be able to get in earlier cut offs and definitely not in North campus.
