I got 91%ile in jee sc category rank 3600,I am from Punjab. Is there any chance to get admission in nit or pec or any other?

It is difficult for us to predict your chances of getting any NITs, IITs, or GFITs.
You can try for JOSSA counselling or state level counselling such as Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Odhisa etc .
