Aspirant, sorry to say but with this category rank you are not eligible in any NIT,IIIT OR GFTIs as well as your home state is also of no use because there are top colleges in Telangana like NIT WARANGAL AND IIIT HYDERABAD whose cutoffs are so high.
According to previous year cutoffs and trends the minimum OBC CATEGORY closing rank for NITs,IIITs,GFTIs are as follows:
NIT: 10,000 TO 12,500 approximately
IIIT: 11,000 TO 13,000 approximately
NIT: 18,000 TO 20,000 approximately
These closing rank is irresepective of branch and home state.But your cutoffs are far from these range.
Still you can try your luck by participating in CSAB special counselling for better chances.
