Hii HARSHIT :)
Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. For UG courses as much as 90% is expected for admission.
Your CBSE score is very good and it will definitely make a good impression when you apply to any of the university.
Also, you  need to either complete 1 yr of Bachelors study in India, appear for IITJEE or Fa exam to be eligible to apply for a UG course in Germany.
To study in GEMANY you  have to pass one or more additional tests before you  can be considered by most universities for admission. These range from the standardised graduate and college admission tests such as GRE, GMAT and SAT to English Language tests, such as TOEFL and IELTS.
It depends on universities which exam they prefer.
Generally universities in GEMANY accepts IELTS. So if your IELTS score is very good then you can take admission in that university after clearing one or more round (generally interview) if the university prefers to conduct.

All the best :)
Hope this helps :)
