Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is highly difficult to get into any of the NIT's or IIIT's but you can get into Assam University Silchar which is a GFTI.

Dear Kurimindla you can't gate seat in old NITs might be you can get in new nits if the seat is vacant due to some reason then you can get the opportunity but chance of getting a seat is very less so you can find out other option too, you can try for other government college.
