This is a good percentile in JEE Mains.You can appear in JEE advance. There are some Govt and Privet Universities in Andhra pradesh and Telengana that provides B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. The list is given below:
IIT Hyderabad
Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology -Hyderabad.
JNTUH College of Engineering, Hyderabad.
