With your general category rank you will not get any NIT or IIIT. But with your OBC category you have some chances to get a seat in some low NIT's. So you can check the branch wise cut-off of NIT's. The link is given below.

With this percentile the best option for you is to try state level counsellings in states like Haryana, MP, Punjab ,Uttarakhand ,Odisha etc. You will get branch ike Mechanical ,Civil, Bio-tech , Chemical in some good Govt. college. So you must try it.
