You have not mentioned your category and gender. Assuming that you belong to general category.
In phase 1 counselling a candidate with rank 19833 (female) belonging to general category secured seat in Sri Indu College of Pharmacy, Ibrahimpatnam in B.Pharmacy the male general category rank was 18499. So considering the cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in this college in phase 2 regardless of your gender.
But cut off changes depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
