Hello.
Your percentile is above 90 but it does not means that your marks and rank will be good, you may have chances for having NIT at your mentioned percentile but the chances of having good branch are less so for the same I am providing you a link below where you can see previous year cut off list of JEE mains which can help you to predict your chances:
