It's a bit hard to get a seat in top colleges because you percentage is not enough to get into top NIT's.but you may chances of getting into civil or mechanical but not in top colleges 

There may be a possibility if you belong to scheduled castes.

Congratulations for cracking one of the hardest exams of engineering. But having said that,I am sorry but that marks will not be able to fetch you some top colleges as the competition goes really high.
