I got 95.5 percentile in January mains exam and I belong to OBC category.can I get a seat in not?

You have secured a very decent percentile which will provide with a lot of options and opportunities in different colleges. There are great chances of you to get your desired college. But since the cutoffs are not out yet so we can't say anything with certainty.
