You have scored good percentile which should fetch you a good medium level nit with a decent circuital branch like electrical and electronics . You can get computer science in your home state NIT as the cutoffs are generally lower .

You can also get some good IIIT's like Allahabad , Jabalpur etc . You have options to join DTU and NSIT also through JAC Delhi . Anyways you can get a good college and branch with your rank .
