I got 97 marks in JEE mains , can I get admission in IIIT Ranchi , general , female candidate ??

Sorry you can't get it. According to your score, your rank will be around 70-85k.
According to IIIT Ranchi cutoffs for female category :
CSE : 36232
ECE : 38120
These is the previous year cut offs. So, hope you get it. But you can try for other private or government good colleges.
