I got 97.02 percentile jee main and 33000 CRL AND obc rank is 8300 can i get into NIT

You have a good category rank so you can get into some of the NIT's. And you could also get into some IIIT's and GFTI'S. I am providing you with official JoSAA counselling link and you can check which NIT you can get into.
