i got 97.2 percentage in class 12 cbse and my jee main rank is around 149000 and ews rank is 23000 and percentile 86.4 please tell me some government colleges

Based upon the ranks that you have scored both in the EWS category and CRL category, it is difficult to get admission in government colleges. You can surely try out of private colleges, where you have better chances.
