As you have not mentioned the campus you are seeking for, I'll give you a generalized answer.
If you are an open category candidate for any campus and seeking for top branches such as Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering, then you need to have a rank below 1800.
If you have state quota then it will be an added advantage to you. With state quota, you need to have a rank below 4000 to get into these branches.
Now as your rank is 10000, you can get into Electrical and Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil or Aerospace Engineering if you have state quota for that particular campus.
If you are an open candidate then it is not possible to get into any of the branches.
