I would be able to help you better if you could specify the category you belong to as the cutoffs vary across different categories.  Meanwhile, please take a look at - TS LAWCET Cut off 2018 to know which colleges you qualify for (based on the cutoffs).

The counselling will be held between the first week of November to third week of November.
