HiiThe cutoffs for NITs are yet to be declared and so it can not be predicted as of now, which branch of NIT will you get.You shal wait for the cutoffs to be declared and for the final results to be out after the april session. For now you can calculate your expected rank using the formula100 - your score * 874469 / 100as per this formula your expected rank will be 2623This can change with the final result because the no. of students will change or even your score can change as best of two would be used for those who appear for both the sessions. With this rank, you do stand a high chance of getting into NITs with CSE branch. You can use previous year cutoffs to get an idea about the same.https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoffHope this helpsThanks!!
Hello Bheemshetty
Well your percentile is really great and you have a very decent chance of getting any NIT's. There is also chance of NITW or NITT. As the cutoff is not realsed yet but still you can predict the rank by using the rank formula. Suppose 874469 are the number of candidates appeared for the January exam. So rank formula is (100- your total score) * 874469 / 100. It seems clear that you will get a decent NIT but still work hard and go for the kill in upcoming JEE advance.
