I got a 13891 rank in jee main in St category and 57 % in + 2 board can i got a sit in ECE in best NIT college.

Yes you can get in to 2-3 colleges as per you have st category...

As per I know you must score atleast in top 20 percentile of your board if you fail to do that then I think you won't get a seat in any nit or IIT even if you topped the JEE exams
