With a rank of around 18,000 in obc category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the government IHM's when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the class rank for the obc category was around 16,000 in the state IHM's. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
