You got good rank in TS PGECET. You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it, but it is not sufficient to get seat in Osmania University, Hyderabad or Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

To get admission into Osmania University, Hyderabad or Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad you must have rank less than 350 or 400 but it differs from year to year and Category to Category.
