I got a rank near to 11k in VITEEE 2018. whether I will get CSE , ECE in Vellore campus?

You can only get Electronics and Communication Engineering at VIT Vellore campus because cutoff rank for CSE was Rank 7000. So chance to get admission in CSE is very low.
Cutoff rank for ECE was rank 14500.
