I got a rank of 24000 in neet 2019 n belongs to Gen category is there a hope for govt mbbs college anywhere in India in second counselling??

Chances of government MBBS college through the All India Quota seems very difficult for you. Usually the closing state ranks for general category candidates are around 12,000-15,000. You will have better chances if you belong to states with a large number of medical colleges. You may mention your domicile state so that we can guide you accordingly. Good luck!
