If you take admission through management quota then you cant change your college according to your own will.
If you leave a college once after paying the amount then the amount is not returned plus you are not given admission back in that college.

Hello Ajesh,As you got seat under management quota then you can't change college as you joined under anagement quota.And the seats joined under this quota can't participate in coounselling.
