Dear Deepak
Yes you can deny your seat and then you can register for MP councelling. But mind it this time in Madhya Pradesh admissions are for domicle People first and non-domicile candidates will only be entertained in mop-up round. But if you are MP domicle then need not to worry. You can simply surrender your AIQ Seat and enroll for MP councelling. All the best. Reach out for more help.
