You can go for josaa counselling , you might get some new iit in the later round in some low branches .

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -

1)IISC Bangalore

2)IISER

3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram

4)RGIPT

5)IIPE

From these , you have good chances to get iist , iiser , rgipt and iipe , so you can try for them  .

Firstly, congratulations for your rank, I'm sure you gave your best. Now, coming to your JEE Advance rank, I'm sorry to tell you that it's not very likely that you will get any IITs , even with your OBC-NCL rank, according to last year's cutoffs. You can try for other great colleges like NITs, you have slight chances of getting in the top NITs with your category rank, till the 3rd round of counselling.
