As you have not mentioned if you are an open category candidate or state candidate, I will give you a generalized answer.
A rank below 15000 is a safe rank to get into ECE in Amrita Amritpuri campus or any Amrita campus if you have state quota. As you have score 12345 in AEEE 2021, you have decent chances to get ECE in Amritpuri campus if you have state quota.
If you are from open category then it is not possible for you to get ECE branch. For open category, you should have a rank below 4300. With open category you have no chances to get in any of the branches in Amrita University.
