I got crl rank 106137 and obc rank 30684 rank in obc in jee mains 2019 can I get nit for mechanical engg?

You will not be able to get the mechanical branch maybe. I will tell you more precisely about it if you comment down your state.
However for the NIT part, you can get into your home state NIT most probably, the branch may not be high as mechanical but lower branches like Chemical, Production is open for you.
