On such EWS rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs for CSE branch. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

But you can go for some other colleges for CSE on the basis of your CRL rank through UPCET counselling, that are discussed below.
