I am confused about your dilema you are in right now.

All depends upon the board you choosed at time of filling jee form.You should be passed on whichever board you have selected.

Ya but if i filled wrong board in mains form ..so in counselling i can't change that board ?

I guess not, but don't rely on that call Jee Mains office they will clarify you doubt more thoroughly.
