Hello Adil,
IET is a good college. If you work hard, then you will surely get good package. Try to improve your intra personal skills, communication skills, your aptitude etc. For MBA holders, aptitude and analytical skills is must. If you gain these things in next 2 year, then you will definitely get good package .
