i got jee main crl rank around 360000 and obc rank around 119000 then which is my actual rank

During seat allotment via josaa counselling crl is considered for the general students.
If one belongs to a category then their seat allotment is done on the basis of their category rank. Hence, in your case, your obc rank will be considered during counselling, so it’s technically your actual rank.
