I got jee mains general rank 192000 and 9bc rank 58000 and in advance i am getting nearly 105 can I get good colleges

I think that u had not evaluated your jee advanced marks correctly with the official answer key released by IIT madras.
Because it is just impossible for a person to score 65+ in jee advanced who had a rank of about 2 lakhs.
