see the eligibility criteria for neet ug exam is candidates need to score 50% marks (general category ) in 10+2 board exam in physics chemistry and biology in aggregate. for sc/st/pwd candidates 40% marks in aggregate in pcb. now the marks are calculated by considering theoretical and practical exam marks, so that point of view you are eligible.
