i got mbbs seat in ucms from state quota in obc reservation but i have uttar pradesh obc certificate . Can i apply this certificate in ucms

Dear student, reservation for OBC candidates are different in different states. This is why every state has different certificate for OBC candidates and your Uttar Pradesh registration certificate won't be valid in other state. You need to contact the local authorities soon and get the same made freshly for other purposes.
