I got medical seat at RMCV KAKINADA in open category but I am bcd and my rank is 9107 is there any possibility to get a seat in AMCV VIZAG

Now, to change your college prefrences you can either go for mop-up rounds or apply for colleges up gradation process.
But, now as 2nd rounds are over in many colleges so your chances of getting a seat in AMVV VIZAG is around 50-50% only.
