Hi Sunil.

The admission into government Medical colleges of India is conducted solely through the neet UG scores either through all India Quota or through state Quota. The admission into 15% all India seats is conducted by MCC and that of 85% state Quota seats is conducted by the state government. Let me put this into your note that neither NCC nor sports certificate cannot avail you any benefit. It is only based on your neet score. And unfortunately 295 is not enough for you to get a government seat in any of the Medical colleges. You should have scored above 550, assuming that you belong to General category,to secure a seat. I would advise you to either look for other options or try again next year.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!
