This year percentage marks % will not matter because the only requirement after qualifying JEE Mains is that a student must be passed his/her class 12th board examination .
By fulfilling above mentioned requirement students can surely participate in Josaa counselling , but if you've failed to clear your board exam then you are not eligible.
Remember by just qualifying JEE Mains it seems difficult to assure you that you'll get admission into prestigious NITs .You must obtain a good rank to get admission.

According to JEE MAINs rules you have to score 75% marks in 12 without getting failed in any subject to get the admission in any college.If you did not fulfill the criteria you are not able to participate in JoSSA counsseling.You have to pass again your 12 class and then you will be able to get the seat.
