As per your query, I would like you to know that if its your first attempt towards your goal after 10+2 then you must give it a chance and try for IIT next year only if you think you are comfortable with it. But if the college you got now helps you to reach your goal then you must go for it. Its your own call about your career. Go for what you feel comfortable with.
