With SC Category rank of 5541 in JEE Main, you can get lower branches in good NITs.

Some of the choices available to you are as follows:

1. MNNIT Allahabad Production and Industrial

2. VNIT Nagpur Metallurgy

3. MNIT Jaipur Metallurgy

4. NIT Calicut Production

5. MANIT Bhopal Mettalurgy

6. NIT Jamshedpur Chemical

YES.definitely Thumma, taking your category into consideration, you definitely get into NITs and IIITs if that is your JEE Mains marks but id that is your jee advanced marks, ten you might have have hard time getting into IITs because cutoff of IITs is too high.
