The first round of AIQ counselling is a free exit round for everyone. Since you haven't reported to the college, your seat will automatically be passed on to the next candidate. However, you will have to report in person to surrender or resign you seat within the stipulated time or else your seat won't be surrendered. They will refund your money once you surrender your seat.
