Hi,
Physics in general is a really competitive and most looked forward to as a subject by students. So speaking of both your courses they are equally as powerful as it gets. In the end it is mainly your choice what you want to do. also University of Hyderabad as well as BITS Hyderabad are really good and repeated institutions of. Choosing between these two is your choice, go through the external factors like fee structure cost of living etc then determine which university want to join.
All the best

Hello Sharan,
Compared to university of Hyderabad, bits Hyderabad is much better. It is considered at one of the top 20 institution in India. You will have higher placements with good packages and also it boasts of a excellent teaching faculty. You also have a zero attendance policy where you can not attend college for a single day and study in your own. The equipment are upgraded to the modern standards.
