Unfortunately, no. Your money will not be refunded anymore. You have crossed the last round, i.e. round 6th which is actually the last round to apply for withdrawal of seat. Whether you get a seat through CSAB Spot Round or not, your money shall not be refunded.

No, fees will not be refunded to your bank account.
It was clearly mentioned in the counselling notification that you need to withdraw admission before the last round counselling results are declared to be eligible for fees refund.
