Yes, if you have taken a seat in MCC counselling but later get admission through law counselling, you can apply for a refund of your MCC seat allotment fee. MCC has a refund policy, but the amount refunded depends on the stage at which you withdraw:

If you exit within the given time frame, most of your fee (after deduction of processing charges) is refunded.

If you don’t report/join after allotment, partial deductions may be made.

If you join and then leave later, refund may not be applicable.
