i got somewhere around 144 marks in Neet UG 2021. What can iexpecct of getting a college. Since this exam was tough to crack that means the cut-off would be low so ya i would get a private college but if by chance there is a possibility of any Govt. College, pls advise me here. :)
Hello,
You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances to qualify in NEET UG as per previous year cut off. The cut off for general category was 147-720 marks. You have to qualify in NEET UG in order to get admission in MBBS, BDS and Ayush courses. But to get seat in a Government or Private college you need to score above the cut off marks. Ideal score for general category candidates is 590 marks or above and for reserved categories it varies in between 490-550 marks or above. Even if the cut off decreases you do not have chances to get seat in Private or Medical college this year. You have to take a year off and prepare for NEET UG 2022 and score the above mentioned marks. cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
