As per my knowledge you cannot get any refund after the completion of seven round. But before seven round if you cancel your seat then you can get refund.

Candidate who is participating in CSAB Special Round after JoSAA 2019 seat allotment and retaining the JoSAA seat has the fees as :

• General or obc : 36,500
• SC/ST :16,000

THere is  a last date for withdrawal of seat, if you want to get the refund fees. If you fill the form for withdrawal before the 6th round, you will be get full refund, with a small processing charges. But if you continue in the 7th round, then you cannot withdraw the seat and shall be entitled for no refund.
