As per your OBC rank, you can go for courses like EEE,ECE,ME,IT. If you want to go for CSE then you have to choose private college.

choose an college where you can take an admission which should be suitable for you. You can Tution Fee Wavier if you satisfy their TFW cutoff only. Every college has kept a catgory for TFW and they get onlyif they are in the range.
