No, if you have already filled the application form of JEE mains April session examination in the month of February , which is now going to be conducted in the month of July then you don't need to again fill the application form.
The application form has been opened once again till 24 may for those who have not applied for JEE Mains examination yet and wants to appear in it this year in July .
